    This source provides the full text in image format of the United States Statutes
    at Large from 1789 to 1997. Statutes at Large include all public
    laws, treaties with
    Foreign Nations (1776-1950), and treaties with Indian
    tribes (1778-1842). Users
    can search the title, synopsis and citation
    information of laws and treaties, then
    retrieve the full text in Adobe
    Portable Document Format (PDF). Other Statutes
    at Large documents, including
    private laws and proclamations, can be retrieved
    by citation only.
